16-18 NEET & Vocational Education Summit

Sheffield City Council would like to invite Senior Leaders and Managers from education organisations who are actively working with 16-18 year olds in Sheffield.

The purpose of this event is to:

1. Provide information to our local educators about our current NEETs cohort and share information about their interest, support needs and existing gaps in provision
2. Hear from the Department for Education, employers and other key sectors about some of the challenges and opportunities we are collectively facing in relation to supporting young people and the changing post 16 education landscape
3. Share updates on changes to supporting and referral services
4. Hear from our educators what pressures they face and understand more about what support organisations need to succeed through forthcoming challenges and changes
